Your entry will be judged primarily on the creative use of recycled, re-purpoosed, cast-off and otherwise used materials

to create a new, wearable garment. Think outside of the recycle bin! Let your imagination go! Your creation can be made

out of just about anything "used", except for styrofoam packing "peanuts".
